This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
