Refund Policy

This page explains the refund policy for products and services offered by PEAK Physique Coaching LLC ("PEAK," "we," "us," or "our").

The Five Principles Starter Pack ($57)

The Five Principles Starter Pack is a self-paced video course delivered immediately upon purchase. The price is $57 USD, processed through Stripe.

100% of net proceeds from the Starter Pack (purchase price minus payment processor fees) are donated to Save the Storks, a Christian ministry serving women and unborn children in crisis pregnancies. Year-to-date donation totals are reported on the sales page at peakphysiquecoaching.com/starter, updated quarterly.

Why we don't offer general refunds on the Starter Pack

Because every dollar of net proceeds is committed to charity at the time of sale, refunds are not available as a matter of course. Once your purchase clears Stripe, the funds are accounted for and bound for Save the Storks. The course content is yours forever from the moment of purchase, regardless of whether you complete it.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in three specific cases:

1. Duplicate charge. If Stripe processes your card twice for the same purchase, the duplicate is refunded immediately upon notification.
2. Technical access failure. If we are unable to deliver course access within 48 hours of your purchase and we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the purchase.
3. Unauthorized purchase. If your card was used without your permission, contact us immediately and we will work with you and Stripe to resolve.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email support@peakphysiquecoaching.com with your purchase confirmation number within 7 days of purchase.

One-on-One Coaching

PEAK Physique one-on-one coaching is sold via separate agreement after a Five Principles Call. Refund terms for individual coaching engagements are detailed in the client services agreement signed at the time of enrollment. Those terms supersede this page for one-on-one coaching only.
